SHF CPR programme

We both went to a Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) programme which was organised by Singapore Heart Foundation(SHF). There were actually quite a number of ugs in that programme.

Taking a quiz ! Which was based on CPR.













After doing the quiz they showed us a video on how to do CPR in a proper way. They also introduced a new system by keeping a "How to do CPR" video in our hand phones, but those are only available for starhub users only.

After learning the way of doing the CPR and handing the quiz we got a goodie bag which traveen is holding in the left hand. After getting a goodie bag we headed smoothly...
